   Yes, the odlparent 3.0.1 and yangtools 2.0.0 upgrade is still incomplete.  There are several issues with upstream odlparent which are found in this `email thread <https://lists.opendaylight.org/pipermail/release/2017-December/013053.html>`_.  The upgrade is being completed in this `Pending Patch <https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/64196/>`_.
