We can auto-generate the following manifest entries:

Specification-Title: ODL :: odlparent :: bundles-test-lib
Specification-Version: 13.1
Specification-Vendor: OpenDaylight
Implementation-Title: ODL :: odlparent :: bundles-test-lib
Implementation-Version: 13.1.0-SNAPSHOT
Implementation-Vendor: OpenDaylight

Flip that particular switch on.
