  - Merge "Add infrautils feature to openflowplugin CSIT"
  - Add infrautils feature to openflowplugin CSIT

    This will automatically check for deadlocked threads.

    We have seen deadlocked threads in Controller CSIT,
    add the tool to this CSIT.
