Use https for Maven central

As explained in
https://support.sonatype.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041287334-Central-501-HTTPS-Required
Maven Central now requires HTTPS. Make sure we fix that.

While we are at it, remove the other repositories, as they are
just not there in upstream anymore.
