Switch all func tests to lightynode

- in tox.ini adopt lightynode sims for remaing 7.1, hybrid and
  with_docker tests
- adapt tests using netconf connector instead of restconf one as soon as
Lightynode does not support restconf api.
- adopt lighty-openroadm-device-19.1.0.5
