Adapt scale tests for new connection-status value

After Encapsulate netconf-node state the “connection-status” leaf
was moved into the “netconf-node“ container. This change also
eliminates the requirement of specifying model in
the connection-status leaf. Update netconf scale tests with this new
value, if version is at least scandium.
