Adapt cloud-sc JUnits to new SingleTxDatabroker

 + This change is quite urgent since it is blocking some other patches.

 + After the merge of this change [1] in genius, some stubbing needed to
   be readapted

 + NOTE: This patchet cannot be cherrypicked to boron if [1] is not
   cherrypicked to boron in genius in first place.
