Update portmapping functional tests

-replace testtool by honeycomb netconf node simulator for this test
suite
-adapt initial node configuration (new SRG for ROADM, different logical
connection point values for XPDR configuration)
-complement XPDR test configuration
-rationalize tox configuration accordingly
