Bug 7265: Fix idmtool paths to reflect the path setup in Nitrogen

In Nitrogen, idmtool was moved from etc to bin.  The paths for
related file access, however, were never updated.  This fixes
this oversight in two critical areas:
1) disabling SSL for idmtool
2) changing the jolokia password
