Reparent RandomPrefixInstanceIdentifierSerializer

We are the only direct subclass of
AbstractStringInstanceIdentifierCodec, which is a direct superclass of
AbstractModuleStringInstanceIdentifierCodec.

Use the latter as superclass, opening up the possiblity of merging the
two abstract classes.
