Merge "Rename _console-output.log to console.log"

Rename _console-output.log to console.log

This allows someone to take a url like:

https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/genius-verify-carbon-mvn33-openjdk8/253/console

and convert it to

https://logs.opendaylight.org/releng/jenkins092/genius-verify-carbon-mvn33-openjdk8/253/console

and be able to expect to see the console logs despite the BASE_URL
changing.
