Increase mdsal build timeout

We have been battling with job timeouts, which are mostly caused
by performance variance in our slaves and slowdowns caused by
ODLPARENT-179, which are affecting MD-SAL the most due to our
very granular packaging.

Increase build timeout to 90 minutes, which gives us enough cushion
to have the jobs succeed.
