* Update docs/submodules/infrautils from branch 'master'

  - ignore javax.annotation.Resource in ClasspathHellDuplicatesCheckRule

    This avoids having to comment out the ClasspathHellDuplicatesCheckRule
    in https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/72311/ (AKA
    9e7198389b313451fef6f977056caec15893be39).

    Keeping a clean classpath, a continously testing for it, is important
    for a non-OSGi flat classpath ODL deployment, such as
    https://github.com/vorburger/opendaylight-simple.
