Minor modifications in the tests code

- use localhost instead of 127.0.0.1 in nose functests restconf_baseURL
- for each node, use 127.0.0.1 as netconf-node-topology:host instead of
127.0.0.1x in test_topology.py and test_topologyPortMapping.py
