Set all sonar jobs to use openjdk8

Perhaps there is a way to detect which stream points to master branch
and get {jdk} from that, but that looks too convoluted.

Even for projects out of Boron, Java 8 will become a requirement over time.
Generated {project}.yaml files updated as well.
