Reintroduce nb-bierman02 support in new func tests

Up to now, migrated tests no more supported legacy bierman02 draft
RESTCONF queries, and only RFC8040.
With a few adaptations, they can now be configured to reuse this old
RESTCONF version via an environment variable.
