Fix various age-induced Vagrant tutorial errors

* Update tutorial Vagrant boxes to Fedora 26
* Remove now-unnecessary SSH config fix.
* Update path of wireshark file
* Update version of ODL installed in L2Switch tutorial
* Remove old doc link
