Updated git submodules

Remove set_log_counters.sh from archives

The line in the archive macro is blindly copying anything
with the string log in it as shown below. So remove the
script after it has been copied to the nodes.

mv *log* *.log *.log.gz *.csv *.png $WORKSPACE/archives
 || true  # Don't fail if file missing
