Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/netvirt from branch 'master'
  to f2e4d85a68070e03e7fe0e8600d4a2993d408684
  - Add aaa-cli dependency for the distribution

    We need to *guarantee* that the aaa-cli JAR is available for
    maven-dependency-plugin to copy it correctly; adding the dependency
    explicitly ensures that the JAR will be in the local repository.
