Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sfc from branch 'master'
  to 75657d7e48faa7f662db3cee9faad317f9f478c4
  - SFC-214: Fix sb-rest wiring

    Missing build plugin and incorrect bean naming was preventing the
    blueprint wiring to actually happen. Fixed the SFF listener which
    was missing the wiring annotations. Got rid also of the unnecessary
    provider module.
