Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/integration/test from branch 'master'
  to 91acb5252dac2f7ca2133f4805e0147e38e78908
  - SXP: download SXP bundle on tools node

    - SXP already installs ODL on tools node,
    but managed distribution only
    - This patch downloads actual SXP karaf
    distribution, installs basic SXP features
    and run it
