Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/integration/test from branch 'master'
  to 9908a9df9a4dda4d0abc2698df2ac77cc97afe9f
  - Use intended security group in instance create

    there is some environment problem where we end
    up with multiple "default" security groups and
    if we don't use the unique sg defined for
    that suite, we get a failure to create the
    instance
