Bug 647: Use bin/karaf arguments as JVM arguments

This is just a convenience for users,
so that they do not have to manipulate JAVA_OPTS.

Using JAVA_OPTS requires user to know DEFAULT_JAVA_OPTS,
this change only appends to default options (possibly overriding them).

Example usage:
$ bin/karaf -Xmx4g -DmySystemProperty=foo
