Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/integration/test from branch 'master'
  to ee5dda20f06bc80c22cf4b462fceef263266797d
  - Count threads in suite teardown

    - in light of the recent discovery that we get a lot of threads
    running when doing karaf shell commands (especially via ssh),
    this info might be useful to have down the road.
