Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/infrautils from branch 'master'
  to 43aed7429efc4616834d3f925dcec3f4641dfe71
  - Fix a couple of thinkos in metrics Configuration

    maxThreads ends up using setThreadsWatcherIntervalMS, and
    maxThreadsMaxLogIntervalSecs ignores the provided value. This patch
    fixes these.
