Updated git submodules

Refactor listeners in sfc-scf-openflow module

- Use Genius Listeners Framework
- Use blueprint annotations so they can be directly handled by BP
  instead of the SfcScfProcessor singleton class
- Some minor fixes
- Checkstyle
