Fix bug in MatchInPort equals() method

Calling super() is wrong in this particular case, see MatchInPortTest
(which fails without this fix, but passes with it).

BTW: We need to just completelystop hand writing equals() and hashCode()
methods, anywhere... I'll put in a separate new change some time, to
replace all of this with immutables.org gen. code.
