Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/genius from branch 'master'
  to 062a1a1238635c67d2039f71f641a9fc453b7470
  - Remove MDSALDataStoreUtils

    Since there are very few users left, remove the class entirely
    (replacing it with SingleTransactionDataBroker).

    This needs Ia012cc825a9eb7768de91c1882f76127d44c3595 to be merged
    first.
