Revert "Upgrade logback 1.1.3 -> 1.1.5"

This reverts commit 7f1b0a52a7d8a1d184bf4a15be9a76287cb93559.

logback 1.1.5 requires slf4j 1.7.16, which causes issues with integration/distribution.
