Fix netvirt sonar

netvirt-sonar has been failing for 10+ months due to a mismatch
between historical project definition and changes done in
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/68332

Fix this up by specifying <name>netvirt</name>, re-connecting
sonar's history.
