Improve pom files towards Maven Central requirements.

+ Added sonar-friendly <name> element for root pom.
+ Added ${project.groupId}:${project.artifactId} as <name> for sub poms.
+ Added descriptions: high-level for root, specific ones for sub poms.
+ Every <url> now points to Integration/Distribution wiki page.
+ Added licenses section.
- Still missing developers section.
+ Fixed scm sections, <url> is now specific to pom in question.

Not required for Maven Central, but useful:

+ Reformatted to indent = 4 spaces and no empty lines.
- Situation with License in comments still uneven.
- Various other metadata in comments (such as vi settings) still uneven.

Remove tcpmd5 from distribution Boron

tcpmd5 is not participating in the Boron release so remove them from the
build.

Also remove sdninterfaceapp until they are able to compile without
depending on tcpmd5.

Full remove usecplugin from distribution

usecplugin has wrong feature POM file invoking other projects

neutron northbound: temporarily disable gbp neutron feature

This patch is to disable temporarily disable neutron related feature
of group based policy. Once the thing is settled down, this patch
should be reverted.
ODL Neutron Norhtbound projects has revised its yang model which affects
dependent projects[1]. The patch series[2] may break dependent projects
and causes neutron-distribution-check-boron to fail. e.g. [3]
It creates circular dependency of projects so that in order to
make progress, the following process is necessary.

- distribution check needs to be disabled for temporarily(this patch), then
- merge the patches into neutron northbound[2],
- merge fixup patch for group based policy, (and fix other broken projects)
- finally, revert this patch

Bug 4296: Add config subsystem file with versions

This requires https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/39427

This adds new module "version" containing the new config file,
so far with distribution version and odlparent version.
It is installed as feature odl-distribution-version.

Also a separate features-distribution module is added,
its repo added to features-indes and feature to features-test.

It uses "config-parent" to publish the config file
together with Yang model for its data.

Binding-aware Java code is generated as well,
but it is not used for anything yet.
In the future, it may be used together with additional Java code
to write version data to datastore.

Add recent changes from karaf-parent pom to the distribution pom

Recent changes were made to the controller karaf-parent pom to install
the new 1.0.5 version of the Aries proxy-inpl bundle and to install the
eventadmin feature. These are needed for blueprint support. We need
these changes in the distribution pom as well.

These changes are short-term as the longer term intent is to have the
distribution pom derive from karaf-parent. That work has been underway
but needs more work.

Add odl-faas-base feature into distribution.

Recently, a merge in groupbasedpolicy [0]
has happened around the same time as distribution failures appeared,
which looked similar to the ones which lead to removing Faas.

But a fix in Vpnservice showed those failures are no more [1],
so perhaps now also Faas features will pass SingleFeatureTest.

However, Faas project has commented out odl-faas-all feature,
si this Change only adds odl-faas-base feature.

Rename 'odl-tsdr-h2-all' to 'odl-tsdr-hsqldb-all'

Phil and Thanh reported an issue regarding TSDR unnecessarily pulling
mysql-connector-java component. This creates impact on ODL distribution.
We investigated the issue and understood it was h2 data store that was
pulling this jar file.  Since it was more difficult to fix this issue in
h2 with limited time and resource, we replaced h2 data store
with hsqldb in Beryllium. The fix has been locally verified by Thanh.
Now we're fixing every perspective in Beryllium including the feature name in
integration feature test.

The new feature name has already been included in TSDR feature.xml and tested
well.

Fix deploy job by removing features from integration

This is a sqashed commit of two changes:

Both are needed for integration/distribution verify job to pass.
Here are their messages:

Comment out features of DIDM and NIC

This is an attempt to fix deploy test job.
Those features are bringing in odl-openflowplugin-*-li,
which lead to BindExceptions, which lead to red dot.
Feature repositories are still present.

Comment out features of Centinel and Sxp

This is an attempt to fix install:all installation.
Yang model errors are seen in karaf.log for those projects.
Feature repositories are still present.

Bring VTN features back to the odl-integration-all.

Since the VTN project has completed to get rid of AD-SAL dependencies

remove didm-all from compatible-with-all test feature set

currently didm-all depends on Li-redesign openflowplugin features,
but all other openflow related features in compatible-with-all are
using the default plugin.

Revert "Bug 4653: Removed VTN."

This reverts commit 88db4505bfd39f48e2a412510a584807484bf07f.

This patch brings VTN features back to the features index. Since bug
4426 is fixed in VTN project and VTN build has been enabled again in
autorelease jobs, bringing VTN features back does not make any issues.

Bug 4653: Removed VTN.

VTN project build is disabled in autorelease jobs due to bug 4426.
Therefore, in order to build the int/distribution successfully in
autorelease jobs, VTN features need to be removed temporarily.

Fixed all feature installation problems for DIDM.Hence uncommented the didm features from integration and renamed them as needed.
Added required config files to DIDM project
Modified didm artifacts to reflect the right artifact for didm-identification
Added required dependencies in feature pom for didm-identification bundle

Cluster configuration script should copy initial configuration files.

The current version of configure_cluster.sh script needs the odl-mdsal-clustering
feature to be pre-configured, so that the configuration/initial/ directory has
the necessary cluster config files.

This fix will copy the initial configuration files, if they do not exist
currently. Also, I fixed two other issues:
 - The script failed to run if it was executed in the bin directory.
 - Some lines had tabs instead of spaces.
