FindBugs' full :annotation instead of :jsr305 artifact sub-set

This will require that all downstream projects first switch their
<dependency><groupId>com.google.code.findbugs from <artifactId>jsr305 to
<artifactId>annotations in all pom.xml.  They will NOT have to adapt any
code, because the actual Java types are exactly the same (just from a
different Maven artefact).

Fix for requesting the eos on isolated node

Getting eos details on isolated node returned 404 and the tc failed.
This caused not even calling the tested rpc.

SFT: avoid testing aggregator features

Feature repositories built by the Karaf Maven plugin contain an
aggregator feature which pulls in all the features in the relevant
POM. It's pointless to test this, and very expensive, so we now skip
them: the rule is that, in repositories with more than one feature,
any feature with the same name as the repository is skipped.
(Repositories containing a single feature are tested, so that single
features can be checked in -Psft mode.)

NAPT switch selection will take place once the router-dpn association is made
All missing NAPT/non-NAPT flows will be recovered as the result of selection

This review fixes only the log levels.
There can still be some missing NAPT flows in this scenario
The resolution for this is still WIP and covered by

Setup SMAC on routed packets destined to virtual endpoints

All L3 Routed packets destined to virtual endpoints in the datacenter
managed by ODL do not carry a proper source-mac address in such frames
put out to virtual endpoints. With the fix all the packets destined to
virtual endpoints shall have gateway mac as source mac. If gateway mac
is not recoverable for the subnet on which the virtual endpoint resides,
then the connected mac address of that virtual endpoint will be used as
the source mac address.  Here the connected mac address represents the
mac-address on the tapxxx (or) the vhuxxx port on OVS Datapath for that
virtual endpoint.

Use VrfEntry yang model to represent the source mac.

Sample Group Entry:

Add job to generate an image list for docs

With Heat now available we need a way to automate the list of available
images projects can use in their jobs in the docs. This creates a job
that will pull from openstack a list of available public images and
pushes a patch automatically to Gerrit to update the relevant
documentation page. The script will automatically detect if an unmerged
image update patch already exists and update existing patch if available
otherwise create a new one.

Fix karaf's aries-blueprint feature

quiesce.api is something we are using and since blueprint-core has
it as an optional dependency, we end up refreshing blueprint when
we install it. That leads to pax-exam thinking the test during SFT
has ended and proceeds to the next test -- wreaking havoc in process
of doing so.

Patch the upstream feature file so quiesce.api is installed
unconditionally, so we do not have to install it from a feature,
hence we won't trigger blueprint refresh.

This is a quick fix to use 25 version as the default.
Jobs who use mininet application may not expect this newer version,
but most of csit jobs are using tools system for other things than mininet.

NeutronVPN: Error out if VxLAN/VLAN network configured without seg-id

This adds an error log based on the presence of segmentation-id when VxLAN
or VLAN based neutron networks are configured via Neutron.

Additionally, some cleanup done:
1. Moved some impl specific utils to NeutronVpnUtils
2. Moved constants to NeutronConstants
3. Renamed SubnetMapListener class to SubnetMapChangeListener

connecting VLAN based networks to VXLAN based networks,
using L2GW/HWVTEP.

Made mdsalutil-api IPv4's protocolClassMap private instead of public

I've verified that this public static final (so constant) field does not
actually seem to be used by any code - by simple local grep, so I could
theoretically have missed something, please double check.

The inline TODO comment on etherTypeClassMap makes me think that this
may not be workin in OSGi as originally designed, anyway?   This should
perhaps be re-architected as an OSGi service, which bundles can
contribute new types to?

I've stumbled upon this while working on Checkstyle clean-up (it
complains that this constant should normally be upper-case, like
PROTOCAL_CLASS_MAP, instead of protocolClassMap), so I had a closer
look, and upon finding that it's not actually used outside of this
class, propose to make it private.

If this must stay public for some reason that eludes me, then we would
have to put a @SuppressWarnings("checkstyle:ConstantName") on this (like
I have for Ethernet's etherTypeClassMap in
https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/51390/, just because I saw that
already seems to be used in some places).

Fix wrong exception handling in MDSALUtil getDpnIdFromPortName()

catch the NumberFormatException which Long.parseLong() may throw, but
almost never just any generic Exception, because that would also catch,
typically unexpectedly, various RuntimeException/s; read also
https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/BestPractices/Coding_Guidelines#IllegalCatch

In this particular case, there is a chance that before the change to
proper exception handling this also caught NullPointerException and
IndexOutOfBoundsException, both of which I've attempted to account for.

We could potentially mess up jobs started while we are polling for
stacks. Moving the stack polling to before we poll for active jobs might
be better. This way we might delete jobs that are already deleted but

BUG-7527: provide Karaf 4 features

Some oddities in this patch:
* aaa-shiro pulls in commons-beanutils, which has an optional
  dependency on commons-collections; this doesn't cause any problems
  with Karaf 3, but fails on Karaf 4 (so I've added an explicit
  dependency on commons-collections)
* aaa-idmlight's "provided" jetty-servlets causes containing features
  to fail to load, so I've added a dependency on Karaf's jetty feature

aaa-cli is duplicated as aaa-cli4 for Karaf 4, otherwise we end up
with a failure loading odl-aaa-cli since the bundle has a strong
dependency on Karaf 3. This is temporary, we'll remove aaa-cli4 once
the Karaf 4 migration is done.

Addition of dynamic http authorization based on particular http operations

In the past, shiro.ini has been used to configure URL based authorization
through the RolesAuthorizationFilter.  This is a bit messy for two main
reasons:

1) The urls are expected to be relative to the servlet context.  This sucks,
since if you are using the same Filter over multiple contexts, the servlet
context part of the URL is chopped off.  Thus, there are chances for
ambiguity through configuring through shiro.ini

2) The rules can only be recognized on system startup-- they are not dynamic.

This adds a model to add in rules for protecting REST urls.  Future
revisions of the model will provide black/white lists etc.  For now, this
just provides Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

Thrift interface changes to include information on
protocol type, encapsulation type and the layer type

Optimizing tunnel configuration

Description : Inorder to workaround some bug in ovsdb creating duplicate
tunnels, code was added in interface-manager to see if tunnel is getting
configured on a different DPN. Ideally this check is meant only for VM
migration where ports can migrate across DPNs. This check for tunnels is
resulting in scale issues when full mesh of tunnels is configured for
scaled setups. Since ovsdb bug is already fixed, removing this code
as it looks completely unnecessary.
