    We want to try having system tests drive development, but we
    don't want to add failing test cases to existing jobs. The
    existing jobs need to move and stay at 100% as we use them
    to gate other dev patches. So, this new job can be a landing
    spot for these new CSIT tests that may not be ready on the
    feature dev side.

    The job can be run with the patch test using the gerrit
    keyword "test-netvirt-tdd-wip".

    The job can also be a place for new CSIT that is almost
    ready, but might need a place to bake to ensure we iron
    out all the kinks. For these cases, we'll have to run the
    job manually. Or we can set some sort of non frequent
    schedule.

  - Check service function types are present (II)

    Similar to commit [1], but that one only took care of the SFC full
    deploy suite, this one takes care of the SFC basic suite.

    Check service function types are present before attempting to create any
    RSP making use of them. Otherwise RSP creation will fail if attempted
    before the service function types exist. Service funtion types are
    created by SFC as soon as the first SF of that type is added.

  - Replace DataStoreCache with DataObjectCache in itm-impl

    There were 4 different caches to convert. 2 of them,
    TunnelMonitorParams and TunnelMonitorInterval, are singleton
    DataObjects use for global tunnel monitorng configuration.
    These seem to be condidates for clustered-app-config however
    dynamic updates would restrart the BP container but it doesn't
    appear itm-impl is ready for that. So to preserve existing
    behavior, they're DataObjectCache instances local to a new
    TunnelMonitoringConfig class.

    The other 2 caches were replaced by DataObjectCache subclasses,
    DPNTEPsInfoCache and TunnelStateCache, and injected where needed.

    org.opendaylight.netconf.netty-util depends on sshd-core bundle,
    which is only activated by "ssh" feature
    (as any ODL feature drops that dependency,
    because of exclusions in feature parents).

  - Switch to using gson for JSON serialization

    This patch changes JSON provider to GSON, skipping jackson
    packaging completely.  GSON is used by many upstream ODL
    projects and is the desired single JSON library for the
    future.

    Some unit tests surrounding Handlers needed to be ignored
    temporarily due to classpath issues;  some of the overlapping
    technology is tested in integration-test so the AAA team
    feels it is okay to temporarily disable for now.

    For now, this change exposes a provider package for the
    GsonProvider so that other projects running into the same
    issue can utilize it without copying and pasting code.
    Later, it will be moved somewhere more intelligent.

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/infrautils from branch 'master'
  to 186ad997c597cc4744a4daddc0281ae7da54710f
  - ClasspathHellDuplicatesCheckRule can ignore exact same size duplicates

    because those in practice are much less of an issue than the others,
    of which there are more than enough even with this, but it's easier
    to see and focus on them with this filter.

    just like the duplicate-finder-maven-plugin in odlparent also does
