    Tinyrpc version 0.7 was removed from python repo
    when 0.8 was released, and in devstack, lastest version
    available is 0.6. Not sure why devstack doesn't see
    version 0.8 as being available (like I can on my local
    setup, something in python env, maybe python version?),
    but anyway, installing 0.6 gets queens to stacking again.

    Cleanup TEP-IP config that I added earlier for genius autotz.
    Changed genius code to use local_ip instead of TEP-IP in genius,
    so no longer need this config.

    Make it possible to utilize "isEnabled" for users.  This has been
    broken since inception since the folks submitted the code back in
    2014, and was recently caught.  Basically, it was not implemented
    period in the user lookup logic.

    Additionally, changes were needed to the "User" API-- Jaxb
    serialization was never working.  That is, the original authors
    decided to use an "int" to represent enabled in H2, yet, tried to
    map to a Boolean in the serdes process.  This means that calls to
    User.isEnabled() always returned null, which is VERY bad practice.

    The public methods were left in place, some wrappers were added, and
    the internal implementation was changed to utilize an int for
    User.enabled field, but still provide boolean the User.isEnabled()
    predicate.

  - Increase timeout and retries for Genius

    POST requests are sporadically failing with READ_TIMEOUT
    error. This increases default timeout from 1 to 5 secs
    and max_retries from 0 to 5 to avoid such issues. Note
    that for success scenarios there is no impact as they
    will return response anyhow. This just avoids wrongly
    marked failures coz we gave up too soon.

    Similarly add WUKS for other operations that expect
    a change in value. Waiting for a valid response is not
    enough, need to wait some more for response to return
    a different value.

  - OVSDB-438: missing operational node

    Handle the following scenarios
    client connects to only one odl controller via ha proxy

    1) client disconnects and connects back to same node after some delay
    2) client disconnects and connects back to same node immediately
    3) client disconnects and connects to another node after some delay
    4) client disconnects and connects to another node immediately
    5) client disconnects and never connects back

    When client disconnects all the odl controllers are trying to cleanup the oper
    node.
    When client connects the owner odl controller is trying to create the oper node.

    When the processing of one odl controller which is trying to cleanup the opernode is
    delayed , then we end up client node missing in oper topology.

    Fix

    Listen for oper node removal and if some client is still connected then
    recreate it.

    to write flows to through different ways on different places:
    sometimes it would use the service node while others would

    readily available through a class property. So cleaned up this
    which allowed also to clean up the ClassifierInterface a bit.

    Future to obtain the AAAShiroProvider. Also added a BundleActivator
    to register a blueprint event listener that fails the Future
    exceptionally when the blueprint container is destroyed.

  - use feature for inter-project dependency

    bundle.
