Install GNU parallel on baseline
GNU parallel is useful so install it in our base images. This pulls an
RPM from CERN as they provide a prebuilt parallel RPM and upstream
CentOS does not provide it in local repos.

Change feature odl-genius-ui to odl-genius-rest
As part of karaf4 migration, some of the features were removed
from genius-features list. odl-genius-ui has been removed as part of
the same, and hence genius CSIT should not try to install the same.

Update Ubuntu 14.04 image for GPB
- Update puppet to puppet4 on Ubuntu and CentOS7.
- Update garethr-docker version to 5.3.0.
- Facter gets auto-purged when puppet4 is installed, therefore
use the version of facter shipped with puppet4 package.
- Add python-ipaddr package required for GBP job.
- Install additional kernel packages required for docker aufs.

Use lftools nexus-zip command to deploy Maven site
Rather than uploading 1 small file at a time using cURL to upload a
Nexus site allows us to push a single binary blob to the site url. This
massively speeds up site deploys.

Change odlparent stream nitrogen to master
Since odlparent releases standalone now stream nitrogen really does not
make sense for them anymore. Call it stream master.

Block for background apt process in build-deb job
There is some background apt process that runs at boot on Ubuntu boxes
and keeps the dpkg lock. If we try to install things before it finishes,
jobs fail to get the lock and error out.

Weekly jobs contain longevity jobs, which take one day to finish.
If they start on Sunday, they take considerable part of Monday.

Create odlparent 2.0.x maintenance jobs
With odlparent releasing out of simrel we need to create new maintenance
jobs for odlparent 2.0.x. This change does the following:
- Renames nitrogen jobs to master
- Add new odlparent 2.0.x jobs
- Remove {project-name}-integration-{stream} jobs
(odlparent does not use them as they do not have any upstream)
- Configure distribution_branch for both master and 2.0.x to master

Disable Karaf 4 SFT only
Since change I235eafb777d62a95ca8ffb8010ef95754618421e was merged we now
have an option to disable only the Karaf 4 SFT so let's do that so that
we can have Karaf 3 SFT running again in Carbon.

Create baseline images for Ubuntu16.04 and Centos7
Packaging and builder jobs could simply use the baseline images
and does not require any extras.

Remove odlparent-validate-autorelease nitrogen job
odlparent is no longer part of the autorelease nitrogen release so
remove the validate-autorelease job for the project.

Call openstack directly
Rather than using $PYTHON $OPENSTACK as have acceptable virtualenv paths
now.
Also fix ShellCheck in this file.

Fix virtualenv usage in integration
Virtualenvs are in /tmp/v/{name}.
This inclused "openstack" venv.
Add missing --upgrade to every pip install line.

Bug 8625: Remove Nitrogen Karaf 3 jobs
All jobs related to Karaf 3 in Nitrogen should be removed,
as TSC voted on not spending any cycles on Karaf 3 in Nitrogen.
Karaf 4 is the new default for CSIT in Nitrogen,
so it is expected some jobs start failing
for projects not fully working on Karaf 4.

Capture logs for all packaging jobs
Using publishers is recommended for jobs to refer logs
at anytime, and also would help minimizing the loads on Jenkins.
