added a retry to the insertion of the uni to the data store, since this test is unstable, because we have 2 threads accessing the same data in the data store,
causing an optimistic lock exception.

Rome hackathon work integrated onto boron.
This patch contains the start of implementing the MEF NRP YANG model. The patch introduces a framework for multiple backend drivers and provides a first implementation of a Cisco XR Netconf driver.
Everything here is a work in progress from several collaborators at the MEF Rome Hackathon, including:
Alex Feigin from HPE
Bartosz Michalik from Amartus
Sean Condon from Microsemi
Donald Hunter from Cisco
Next steps include
* refining the MEF YANG model
* refactoring drivers into separate OSGi bundles
* refactoring OVSDB backend into same driver framework.
This patch set includes the changes in response to code review comments provided by Alexis de Talhouët.

FIXED Create EVC
WHen creating the EVC, we create the interface eht1
so a client can connect. Previous code was creating only
eth1 interface in the source UNI but not in the
destination UNI

Use odlparent-lite as artifacts parent
We created odlparent-lite to provide a minimal pom which allows projects
to publish to the correct server. Without this ${project}-artifacts may
fail to deploy to Nexus.

Fixed the UNI creation process so that Config and Operational are in sync
Some transaction led to some inconsistencies between the Config and
the Operational stores upon Uni create completion.
