    There were 4 different caches to convert. 2 of them,
    TunnelMonitorParams and TunnelMonitorInterval, are singleton
    DataObjects use for global tunnel monitorng configuration.
    These seem to be condidates for clustered-app-config however
    dynamic updates would restrart the BP container but it doesn't
    appear itm-impl is ready for that. So to preserve existing
    behavior, they're DataObjectCache instances local to a new
    TunnelMonitoringConfig class.

    The other 2 caches were replaced by DataObjectCache subclasses,
    DPNTEPsInfoCache and TunnelStateCache, and injected where needed.

    Specifically, org.apache.sshd/sshd-core/0.14.0 is excluded,
    thus "ssh" feature has to be always installed.

    Without this, distribution4-check with odl-netconf-mdsal
    in integration fails at installing boot features, because
    org.opendaylight.netconf.netty-util depends on sshd-core bundle,
    which is only activated by "ssh" feature
    (as any ODL feature drops that dependency,
    because of exclusions in feature parents).

  - Switch to using gson for JSON serialization

    This patch changes JSON provider to GSON, skipping jackson
    packaging completely.  GSON is used by many upstream ODL
    projects and is the desired single JSON library for the
    future.

    Some unit tests surrounding Handlers needed to be ignored
    temporarily due to classpath issues;  some of the overlapping
    technology is tested in integration-test so the AAA team
    feels it is okay to temporarily disable for now.

    For now, this change exposes a provider package for the
    GsonProvider so that other projects running into the same
    issue can utilize it without copying and pasting code.
    Later, it will be moved somewhere more intelligent.

  - Upgrade: Remote FIB entry missing for ext. gateway

    Root cause of this is that the ARP to discover the
    external gateway's mac is triggered at router/subnet
    creation time and the code assumes the ovsdb models
    are in place. However, in the case of upgrade they are
    not yet present as the switches have not yet reconnected.

    Fix: At the point where the upgrading flag is unset we
    know that all switches have reconnected. Listen for that
    transition and trigger the ARP for all routers.

    SNAT requires that all the nodes be in the operational datastore
    at the time the external router configurations are pushed to ODL.
    At this point the external router is "scheduled", that is, a
    switch is chosen to get the flows and track the sessions. In the
    case of upgrade, there are in fact no nodes connected to ODL.

    Solution:
    Wait until all the nodes are connected and only then schedule
    the external routers.
    1) if the upgrading flag is set, don't schedule external routers
    2) When the listener fires, schedule all the external routers

    A comment from inside the code:
    The following through the end of the function deals with
    an upgrade scenario where the neutron configuration
    is restored before the OVS switches reconnect. In such a
    case, the elan-dpn-interfaces entries will be
    missing from the operational data store. In order to
    mitigate this we use DataTreeEventCallbackRegistrar
    to wait for the exact operational md-sal object we need
    to contain the external interface we need.

    POC idea to add a new variable "{prefix}" to job templates. This
    variable is defined already in the patch that this one depends on.
    The prefix should always be blank in production thus producing the
    same existing job names we're all used to. The prefix can be used
    locally to add a prefix to job names when pushing jobs to the
    sandbox. For example a prefix of "abc-" will be added to the front
    of the job name allowing sandbox testers to be able to push a job
    to the sandbox with a unique prefix to not overwrite other testers.

    Additionally add an id inttest-csit-verify-1node to make the job
    template more easy to maintain. Allows us to refactor the job
    template name without having to update every single user of the
    template every time as the id will always be the same.
