Disable automatic-archiving

JJB integration: Return code from pybot shall be ignored
Jenkins starts scripts in "Execute sheel" as bash -xe <path>
so any non-zero return code breaks the script on the spot.
Pybot commands can return non-zero return code just when
a critical test case fails.
But in that case, the rest of script is now skipped,
including the useful karaf.log download.
This change adds "|| true" hack to make return code zero.
Also, single and cluster scripts have the formatting
of the pybot line unified now.

Bug 3122: Allow JDKs to be enabled per branch in auto-jjb scripts
This patch proposes a change to the format of the configuration section
for branches as follows:
BRANCHES:
- master:
jdks: openjdk8
- stable/helium:
jdks: openjdk7
- stable/lithium:
jdks: openjdk7, openjdk8
The jdks setting will be a "required" field and the first JDK listed
will be the jdk that is used for all non-verify jobs.
- Removes support for the --jdks option as this now needs to be
configured via CFG file.
As this formatting affects all projects and would require a
modification to all projects that use the BRANCHES configuration.

Set a root password on the mininet systems
My investigations into netopeer make me think that a non-root user isn't
going to be able to use it properly. Let's force the root user account
to have a password of root for the mininet test system so that jenkins
can call into netconf as root instead of as the jenkins user.

Hard capture nexus IPs
The upstream DevStack gate seems to be stomping on our dnsmasq setup
which makes it difficult to acquire things from nexus since we need our
dnsmasq configuration up and running for it to work properly (this isn't
an issue for gerrit since even the internal systems use the external IP
via a network hairpin for various reasons)
This captures the internal address of all the nexus systems so that even
if dnsmasq gets stomped on we should still be able to resolve nexus.
