Add opendaylight-release packaging sources

I realized as I was about to go generating new packages that this really
should be in gerrit and done via Jenkins. So, initial upload with my fix
to the fedora URLs already in it.

Fix up a bogus changelog date

I noticed that rpmbuild was complaining about a bogus changelog date in
the opendaylight-controller.spec file. Checking the date and the logs
I've corrected it to the proper date.

Add mockinit option back into build script

I can't seem to find where it disappeared but the option has stopped
working (maybe it never really did work?). In any case, it really should
be in the script.

The base pom.xml was still referencing each of the proxied maven
repositories individually. This has been found to cause some weird
issues with builds. Move over to the centralized "group" repository.

virtualzation run.sh: launch run.base.sh from same path as run.sh

The virtualization edition's run.sh script internally hard codes
the underlying run.base.sh script to be in cwd:

  ./run.base.sh ...

Use a trick similar to the base edition's run.sh script to redirect to
the underlying [run.base.sh] script to use the same path as run.sh.

Note: A platform (like Linux) is likely to place a top-level run.sh
script in a /bin type directory and the underlying internal scripts in
an out-of-$PATH directory like /usr/libexec/.  This may need some final
update based on that, but for now brings the two editions' scripts in
line with one another.

Add rpm packaging for openflowjava and openflowpluging to buildrpm.sh.

- remove tabs in buildrpm.sh (for real this time)
- Added openflowjava and openflowplugin to buildrpm.sh
- Reworked projects to use arrays so it is easier to add new projects in the future.
- Added mockmvn option to allow rewriting the maven command used when mock builds the rpms. This is useful to allow specifying a local .m2 cache so moc
k does not clean and reinstall between every build.
- ensure git version tags are used throughout for all projects. This ensures the src.rpm files are marked with consistent git hashes for easier reprodu
cing of a build.
- Cleaned up distribution.spec Requires to not require controller-dependencies since it is Required by the controller already.
- Removed duplicate code in dependencies.spec.

Add new PCEP artifacts

The stateful/initiated draft support is being split into independent
artifact, so that there may be multiple concurrent version present. This
pulls in the new artifacts.

rpm/run.dist.sh: fix commented out opendove command

run.dist.sh doesn't currently support launching conroller with
opendove.  if you were to uncomment the opendove launch command it
incorrectly references vtn.  update to reference opendove.

rpm/run.dist.sh: properly propagate exit code from helper scripts

run.dist.sh will fork/exec helper scripts and exits with a hardcoded
value of 0 regardless of the helper script's exit code.  properly
propgate exit code by directly exec'ing the helper script.

Add support for of1.3.

- Modified controller.spec to:
  - support the of1.3 option
  - support the three different run.sh scripts for the different distributions
- Added run.dist.sh script to wrap all the run.sh scripts. This file is called by the systemd and sys init scripts.
- Added patch file to modify the run.sh calls to run.internal.sh. The files assume run.internal.sh is in the same working directory as the wrapper run.sh which is not the case with systemd or sysv installs.
- Added distribution options to opendaylight-controller sysconfig. File is used to select the distribution to start.

Packaging update to support building ODL distributions.

This commit adds support for building the ODL OVSDB virtualization distribution.
- Added spec for building the ovsdb package
- Added distribution support to the controller spec. Mainly consists of adding
the integration run.sh wrapper script for run.sh.
- Updated dependencies.spec to also package ovsdb dependencies.
- Added spec for building the distribution. The spec simply Requires the
specific packages for the distribution. For example, it Requires the
controller, ovsdb and dependencies packages to support the OVSDB
virtualization package.

Adding support for the git-review command line tool

The OpenStack doc workflow (and entire gerrit workflow) has the
option of using a tool called git-review that automates ChangeID:
creation and management,automates rebasing of local commits
as well as simplifies submiting to gerrit and pulling and
pushing reviews.

Usage of the tool is entirely optional, however it does require
a pointer file named .gitreview in the root of the repository
that is referenced.

I am totally new to this project, if you guys don't want to merge
this then no big deal. However I think this will help with dev's
coming over from OpenStack as it will provide a optional workflow
that is closer to the OpenStack workflow.

It is necessary to run git review -s to append the change-id into
git-hooks the first time you use the tool

Non-intrusive option to select one of the 3 virtualization technologies supported in Hydrogen release : opendove, ovsdb, vtn.

The basic idea is to make use of the Apache Felix FileInstall to filter out the excluded technology.
In order to avoid introducing multiple config files and keep the changes contained in the Integration branch & Virtualization edition,
we decided to play with a maven assembly plugin option which essentially provides a way to wrap the root run.sh with a virtualization
edition's run.sh.

1. The root run.sh from the base edition is renamed to run.base.sh
2. Introduced a new run.sh (in assemble/resources folder - Note I didnt add it in main/resources to avoid conflicts)
   which is essentially a wrapper for run.base.sh.
3. Maven Assembly plugin takes care of the rest with the <file> and <fileSet> changes.
