BUG 5816 - Expired hosts never comeback after timing out
Appropriate configurations in l2switch needs to be made for expired hosts
to be seen back in the network. This patch adds comments where to modify
the configurable parameters for expire hosts to be seen when they are
back in network.

BUG 5012 - adding configurable support for timing out hosts ( in interval of seconds )
This adds two new configuration parameters (host-purge-age and
host-purge-interval) in the host tracker config yang and initial config
xml file as well as the backing logic for them.
This allows for hosts and associated links to be removed from the
operational store after a specified time since the last observations.

Bug 2501 Reactive mode -default L2Switch timeout values
The current Default L2Switch Idle (1800secs) and hard (3600seconds) timeouts
are unrealistic for a real network. As a result of this unwanted
flows are stuck are for an unimaginable amount of time. With this
commit default values will be 300 / 600 secs respectively.

Bug-5559: L2Switch distribution job does not work correctly
- replaced hard-coded versions with properties in parent pom
- removed/fixed redundant versions in pom
- when karaf was run from distribution job, it was throwing exceptions. Fixed root-cause which was that karaf.version was set to old version. Now letting this version flow from the parent
- verified using mininet that l2switch features are working as expected when launched from distribution job

Use odlparent-lite as artifacts parent
We created odlparent-lite to provide a minimal pom which allows projects
to publish to the correct server. Without this ${project}-artifacts may
fail to deploy to Nexus.

Fix for hex parsing in broad/multicast filter
Obvious - it is a hex string, it needs a 0x in front to parse
Self-inflicted as usual - if we were keeping Macs, IPs, etc
as specified in the RFC (it says canonical form) this would
not have happened.

Bug4480 Fix config files for l2switch
It appears https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/23262/3/features/pom.xml
changed the parent pom.xml. This pom.xml is unable to provide some of the
necessary properties for config file names. This patch adds the appropriate
properties to the features/pom.xml.

BUG-3958 Fix flooding source port
Use original ingress port when flooding.
This is not just openflow (as stated in the bug report). It
is general switch behavior - flooding should preserve the
original port.

BUG-2865 Partial fix

Bug 2971: tp-id format is incorrect for host switch pair
This patch provides a clearer and more consumable format for the host tp-id.
The current convention is similar to “host:<MAC>:openflow:<port>”. This is
particularly confusing since the "openflow:<port>" part is derived from the
attached switch, and doesn't have anything to do with the host's properties.
This proposal is to use "host:MAC" instead. This field is propogated to the
DLUX Topology UI, and this patch was verified visually by inspecting that the
new format propagates.

Use artifacts to import dependencyManagement
For mdsal, yangtools and config we can use the artifacts pom to import
all artifacts in that group. This simplifies version management, so
let's use it.

Remove version overrides
odlparent already defines versions for both karaf and maven bundle
plugin, so there is no need to override.

Fix odlparent reference
odlparent is not in this project, so when it is referred to in a
<parent> declaration, it has to have an empty relativePath.

Removed unused argument 'payload'
The argument 'payload' was used in an earlier version, as the
ReactiveFlowWriter handled ARP by its own and dispatched the
payload of the ARP requests.The ARP handling is now done by the
arphandler. The leftover argument 'payload' in the ReactiveFlowWriter
is usless and should be removed.

BUG2607: Now using the right constant for no buffer
Uses OFConstants.OFP_NO_BUFFER instead of 0L. Also, this patch organizes
the imports in the modified java files.

Set root pom.xml <name> for Sonar
As mentioned on the mailing list Sonar uses the <name> field of the
pom.xml that is passed to the mvn command as the name of the project in
Sonar. In most cases this is the root pom.xml file in a project. This
patch sets the name to the project shortname.
