Modify VTN keyword file to get VTN Coordinator distribution

Adjust OF cluster test to Singleton

- Update ClusterManagement library to parse entity owner
in Singleton cluster.

- Change the suite order because sync test occasionally impacts
the next test producing a false positive.

Fix topology wait test cases failure in VTN Manager Boron

   * For first update topology, test case returns status code as 201 and then
     from next case it returns 200 as return code.
   * For Beryllium, for first time itself it returns 200. To fix this issue
     here we added 'Allowed Status Codes' contain list of retunr codes.

Increase timeout for dsbenchmark suite

It is now run also on 3-node cluster,
and even though it passed on Sandbox within 30 minutes,
in production it times out.

3 hours seems very long, considering 1-node suite passes
the test case in 9 minutes, but this is to distinguish real failures
from mere performance degradation perhaps caused by network.

Topoprocessing - Rework the output requesting mechanism

* This change proposes a unified approach to assert receiving a full
output topology. It consists of a simple Wait Until Keyword Succeeds
call, that postpones the actual content of test cases until a full
output topology has been retrieved from the restconf.

* This also removes the redundant definitions of Overlay Topology URL
into one variable.

Change controller PID regex

Controller PID regex was: java.*distribution.*karaf

This regex will work only if 'distribution' is part of path name,
but if you installed opendaylight in '/opt/opendaylight', for
example, it will fail.

The only strings that can be always found in the PID regex for sure,
are 'java' and 'karaf'.

Adds generate_bindings.sh script which will
do the following for pyangbind project.

* Downloads YANG dependency files, from lispflowmapping
  into the odl-lispflowmapping-yang-files directory in
  the same directory i.e. odl-lispflowmapping-yang-bindings
  as the script;

* Generate the LISPFlowMappingYANGBindings.py into the
  same directory i.e. odl-lispflowmapping-yang-bindings
  so that in the later code for generating JSON dictionaries
  we can assume it is there.

* Adds bits.patch, Currently pyangbind doesn't support
  bits type so this patch would comment all those
  cases from yang files for pyangbind to generate the
  bindings file.

CSIT tests are using wrong port for setting
controller for the bridges. Because of this
wrong configuration openflow bridges attempt to
connect on port 6640 with openflow protocol and
keep getting disconnected.
