  * Use "icmp-" as the prefix for the field names inside
    vtn-icmp-match-fields
  * Define inner container for each vtn-action case.
    YANG container inside vtn-action case is used to embed actual action
    type into XML/JSON serialized data.

Disable integration tests temporarily.
