With the merge of https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/23905/
there is no longer a need for JJB to explicitly run source:jar
and javadoc:jar as odlparent will force all projects to build
these.

Update the SELinux permissions for OVS
The SELinux port addition for OVS was missing an attribute and we
weren't seeing the reported error because of when and how the jenkins
spin-up scripts run. This fixes that
In addition, we take openvswitch into full SELinux permissive mode to
get around the fact that current SELinux policy does not allow it to
network connect to another system, even when connecting on an
openvswitch_port_t defined port.

Keep karaf.log artifacts around longer
There may be an intermittent bit of trouble when starting the
controller and I would like to be able to browse back through
logs from our system tests that sometimes fail.

Revert change to make Daily autorelease deploy to Nexus
Jenkins bug seems to cause issues with deploying, trying to deploy
javadocs twice and failing. Reverting this change as we no longer need
it, as we are now producing daily RC builds which satisfies what we
originally wanted.

Improve script to use $WORKSPACE
It is not guarenteed that we will be in $WORKSPACE when this script
runs. Adding $WORKSPACE/sfc-py helps ensure that we cd to the right
place in case this something changes the environment in the future.
