Add -Pignore-lispflowmapping-integrationtest
This will allow lispflowmapping integration test to run, but will not
fail the autorelease build if the tests fail, while still keeping useful
debug logs.

Add cron parameter to packer jobs
Set the cron parameter to start the job during a
random hour on the 1st of every month instead of
a random day in the month.
This overrides the default cron parameter value
in global-jjb which is set to build '@monthly'.
Add missing timeout for robot jobs.

Expand rendered image name to include secs and ms
Expand rendered image name to include seconds and milliseconds. This
reduces the probability of image name collisions on the cloud from 1/60
to 1/60000. Fixed upstream in common-packer [1.].

Avoid releasing projects whose name ends with 'r'
The release handling only looks for 'r' at the end of the patch name,
which also matches projects whose names end with 'r' if they are
included with no patch. This changes the release handling so that it
only activates if the patch name ends with 'r' and doesn't match the
project name.

Use zrpcd master branch to pull in thrift fix
Upstream thrift changed their official repo URL and quagga picked
up the fix however the version we are building against does not have
the patch. Switch to the master branch and see if that fixes our
builder job.

Reduce number of flows in OF cluster perf test
Going forward we want to use this job to detect regression,
rather than having it failing all the time.
In current setup, a max of 80K flows can be pushed at once in
config DS, after that OF stats in oper DS are not reported
correctly.

Fix common-packer project-pattern

missing project-pattern setting. Configure it so that we only build
on common-packer.

Rename releng-defaults.yaml to defaults.yaml
All other LF projects have standardized this file to simply be
jjb/defaults.yaml. Let's rename ours to follow the usual convention
so that folks working cross project can expect a standard location
for this file.

was merged so this workaround is no longer needed.
