Move karaf up a directory Historically, karaf distribution was stored in the "karaf/opendaylight-karaf" module. Similarly, there were modules like "karaf/opendaylight-karaf-empty" and "karaf/karaf-parent". These artifacts have been moved to odlparent, so it no longer makes sense to keep an aggregator. This change removes the karaf-aggregator for controller. Change-Id: I07499b2a7d57cd9130e3d653545d3aa6c1b72ece Signed-off-by: Ryan Goulding <ryandgoulding@gmail.com>

Bump to odlparent 2.0.0 This takes odlparent 2.0.0, adjusts for guava update and feature movement. Since jenkins is failing on the distro run, that is disabled and a follow-up patch will re-enable it to get us going again. Fully specify distribution.opendaylight-karaf ... and karaf-parent while we're at it. This is necessary in particular to put distribution.opendaylight-karaf back in org.opendaylight.controller, and allow controller to merge again... Bug 3011: Changed scope of karaf:standard feature to runtime Compile time scope of karaf standard feature caused Karaf to install tomcat, jetty and lot of other features via the startup.properties. In Karaf 3.0.3 the tomcat feature works fine if installed via the boot features in the features.cfg but if installed via startup.properties, it prevents Karaf from starting. Also added the eventadmin feature to the startupFeatures so it is included in the startup.properties as the bundle does not work properly for some reason if installed as a boot feature. Upgrade Aries Proxy 1.0.4 -> 1.0.5 Karaf 3.0.3 ships with Aries Proxy 1.0.4, but we need the fixes in version 1.0.5. This patch adds Aries Proxy 1.0.5 to our Karaf distributions and overrides the version in startup.properties.
