Bug 484 - Anyxml in sal-rest-connector

- RestconfImpl: handled AnyXmlSchemaNode

- JsonMapper: handled AnyXmlSchemaNode

- CnSnToJsonBasicDataTypesTest: added test cases for anyxml.
