Initial implementation of Forwarded Binding Data Broker
and Forwarded Backwards Compatible Data Broker,
which provides access to new data broker via original
API.

Added sample configuration which enables new
DOM Data Broker, In-memory Data Broker and
ForwardedCompatibleDataBroker.
