Do not package mdsal.git's features-mdsal
Unfortunately feature repositories is a flat namespace, which means
we end up conflicting with controller's features-mdsal. Partially
revert previous patch, so that we no longer conflict.

Do not fail on warnings for docs-linkcheck
This is a workaround due to sphinx-tabs being incompatible with the
Sphinx linkchecker which throws a warning. We mainly use linkchecker
to catch broken links so we don't really need to fail on warnings as
the main "docs" builder will still fail for warning level issues so
this is a reasonable workaround.

Minor fixes in extract_modules script
Resolved some fixme's in the script.The yang models which are extracted
from the extract_modules script are now organized in different folders on
the basis of the ODL project it belongs to. Filtered yang modules not
belonging to opendaylight on the basis of namespace field inisde yang
modules.The script can now be invoked from any folder.

Move karaf scripts in its own artifact
In order to have downstream consumer able to build an ODL
distribution without the need to fork these scripts, these
should be held within an artifact from which we can simply
copy them.

Remove tsdr from common distribution
Common distribution build is failing because tsdr merge job is not
healthy for some time now.

Add a dependency-convergence profile
This profile enforces dependency convergence. This could soon be
useful since we are close to dependency convergence now; it would at
least be nice to have a specific job to track this.
