This reverts commit
24c8e9f854edf820123c5d3e11f7e2db71f0e3d0.
Reason for revert: We should only apply this update for distribution
scripts after the changes to the controller component have been merged.
The expected controller version should be 4.x before applying changes
to scripts.

Do not fail on warnings for docs-linkcheck
This is a workaround due to sphinx-tabs being incompatible with the
Sphinx linkchecker which throws a warning. We mainly use linkchecker
to catch broken links so we don't really need to fail on warnings as
the main "docs" builder will still fail for warning level issues so
this is a reasonable workaround.

Override controller features scope
For some reason controller features are declared with scope=runtime,
leading to them not being properly indexed. Fix that mistake here
until we have controller-2.0.2 integrated.

Update MRI projects for Aluminium
This bumps versions to the following:
- odlparent-7.0.1
- yangtools-5.0.1
- mdsal-6.0.0
- controller-2.0.0
A references to benchmarks/trace/extras/config in controller
are removed in favor of the three feature repositories and unified
controller-artifacts.
Some cleaning of features and artifacts is done too.
Disable SM projects for now.

Use Magnesium controller
As part of controller transition to being MRI, downgrade the version
used to Magnesium release. This will be bumped to Aluminium proper
during the MRI window.

Add yang check script to distribution
This script will check (using pyang) the yang
modules generated by the extract_modules script.
Also add cosmetic changes to yang extract script.

Minor fixes in extract_modules script
Resolved some fixme's in the script.The yang models which are extracted
from the extract_modules script are now organized in different folders on
the basis of the ODL project it belongs to. Filtered yang modules not
belonging to opendaylight on the basis of namespace field inisde yang
modules.The script can now be invoked from any folder.
