SXP: Use KWs from ClusterManagement

- use keyword from ClusterManagement to get
cluster owner

- use keyword from ClusterManagement to get
all cluster sessions

- remove usage of cluster owner when it is
not needed - instead use ${CONTROLLER_SESSION}
